I remember when I was living in Korea, the soldiers were there, but you never really thought about it.  Even they considered their presence to be a moot job left over from the Korean War.  Seeing that headline makes me think that BushCo is thinking "Well Iraq is just about played out, and it's time to get another war on the burner... How's it look in North Korea?  We could whip them right?  Rummy how's this sound, 'Liberating the oppressed masses of North Korea yearning for the air of democracy'?
