I took my father to the beer festival in belgium and because he fancies himself as a beer expert he was trying everything he could get his hands on...  I remember he tried this and liked it so much he had a couple... It is very potent fresh, but aged it smooths out, and is easier drinking. As the 1st guy in line, I had the brewers (crew) all sign the case.  I bought 2 cases at the time.  Drank 1.  The signed, un-opened case has sat in my closet in my air-conditioned home.
